Vehicle sales administration

• Nationwide delivery subject to availability. This will incur an additional cost.  
• All sale prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate.  
• A small non refundable deposit will be required to secure a vehicle.  
• Full sale funds will need to be cleared in our bank account via BACS transfer or similar means the day before release of a vehicle.  
• At point of sale or upon delivery you will receive all documentation and keys for the vehicle. 
• Any remaining Manufacturers warranty will be transferred automatically with ownership. There is no documentation for this. See additional warranty details further below on this page. 
• Any conversion warranty will be supplied as part of the documentation at point of sale or upon delivery. 
• We will register you with the DVLA online as the new keeper once purchase is completed and you will be handed the original V5C 'green slip' either upon delivery or before you drive away with your vehicle. Please note that possession of the V5C alone does not mean that you own the vehicle. 
• Once registered as the new keeper with DVLA you will own and take full responsibility of the vehicle and My Dream Van will absolve that responsibility.  
• We will also provide you with a VAT invoice/receipt as proof of ownership at point of sale or upon delivery. 
• It is the law for all vehicles used on the road to be insured and taxed. We will help you tax the vehicle at your own cost at point of sale.
• Insurance will be your own responsibility and My Dream Van will not be held responsible for any buyer who does not insure their vehicle correctly and lawfully.

This is the official website of My Dream Van. Steven Freeman is an individual who trades in vehicle sales under the name of My Dream Van. 

By using this site you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept the terms and conditions listed we would ask that you do not use this site. My Dream Van reserve the right at any time and without notice to amend or alter all content on this site as required by them.

All information and images contained on this website are believed to be lawful and accurate but nothing on this website shall be considered a representation by My Dream Van and no reliance should be placed upon any information contained on the website. My Dream Van is not responsible for unavailability, interruptions in availability, viruses or other defects in the site or its contents. In no event shall My Dream Van be responsible for any damages to users or their computer systems or otherwise.

Any specific statements of warranty may include that retaining to the sale of a vehicle where the remainder of a manufacturers warranty may still be available, however, it is the responsibility of the new owner to contact the manufacturer directly to make any claim and My Dream Van absolve all responsibility once a vehicle is purchased from them. Any warranty offered for items such as a campervan conversion in itself, the new owner will also take responsibility to make any claim directly with the fitting company, of which details will be supplied via certificate at point of sale.
