Many companies offer some form of tuning such as remapping, tuning boxes that plug in and bespoke packages which can produce amazing transformations to a 'stock' vehicle, both in economy, horse power and most importantly torque. So why choose Viezu?.....

OBD is available on all modern vehicles as it is the way that you talk to and program the electronic brain or ECU.  

So how can a tuner improve driveability and performance so markedly? Many reasons, however, in short the manufacturer sells their vehicles all over the world and so they have to be capable of running on low grade fuels, survive without proper servicing and maintenance and operate in large ranges of temperature and weather conditions. So in essence, the manufacturer 'detunes' in order to accommodate the lowest common denominator. All we do on a remap is to release the attributes hidden in the already well designed technology that manufacturers spend millions in research and development on, but cannot allow everyone to have access to. As well as remapping directly, we can offer the great tool called a V-Switch for most vehicles, which basically allows the user to change maps themselves, once programmed individually by the Viezu team. Here at My Dream Van we can scan your vehicle's ECU with approved and registered software known as VAG-COM Diagnostic System (VCDS) and provide you with a report (via email) of all Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) which are active or pending.  This is the system used for most VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda and some Bentley vehicles.  We often hear the DIY enthusiast say that they can do this themselves with a cheap and simple DTC tool or even a device connected to their phone, but the detail will not be the same and many options will not be available compared to the system which is virtually the same level of service that a dealership can provide. We can also reset many codes such as Engine, Airbag, ABS, Oil Service, and many more. 

This software also has the ability to code in or out some functions depending on what you need. If you need to hire the hardware/software so that you can code yourself, this will have to be done at our location and your own liability. If you just want a report we can come to you within a sensible distance for a small additional cost or you can come and see us.
